About 11 Kent St
Two-story house in the Shiloh neighborhood - a quick drive north to downtown Asheville or a few miles south to the Blue Ridge Parkway and South Asheville restaurants and shopping. The main floor features open-plan living, kitchen, and dining with hardwood floors and great natural light throughout. Enjoy outdoor living on the covered front entry and back deck off of the dining area. The back deck overlooks a small creek that runs along the edge of the property and Shiloh Park and Community Center. The eat-in kitchen has granite counters and stainless Whirlpool brand appliances including the electric range, dishwasher, built-in microwave, and refrigerator. Other main floor spaces include the powder room and the laundry closet located in the kitchen. Photos do not show the installed washer and dryer, which are included! Three bedrooms and two full bathrooms are upstairs. Bedrooms are carpeted. The primary bedroom has vaulted ceilings, a ceiling fan, and an en suite bathroom with a combination bathtub/shower. The remaining two bedrooms share the hall bathroom, which also has a bathtub/shower. Window blinds are not pictured but are installed throughout the home. Paved off-street parking. Central heat (dual-zoned electric) and air conditioning. Lawn care and all utilities, including electric and water, are tenant responsibilities. No smoking. No cosigners. One cat negotiable.
