Central AC and Heat. Natural gas heat and water heater. No Smokers....Doesn't matter if you only smoke outside. Tenant is responsible for mowing grass. Previous tenants were here for eight years. Background check, credit and references via TurboTenant required. Proof of Renter's Insurance will be required. I will update photos ASAP. Some photos are dated.
