**NOTE--This is a 3 bedroom 2 bath, however only two bedrooms/1 bath are available for rent. There is a tenant currently residing in the 3rd room. Only serious inquiries, please. Contact during regular business hours. Preferred professional male/female mid 20s. Cleans up after themselves and isn't a dirty person. The current tenant works f&b as a pastry chef so she works late night and early mornings, so no crazy nights during the week. Preferred no pets. Will consider a dog, depending on breed. No Cats! (There is a pet fee required, if so) This corner lot single family home has a large front and backyard, perfect in the summer for laying out and in the winter with a bonfire (yes, we have one!). Last year the previous tenants and myself hired a lawn care service, but if you have stuff to use that would be amazing and preferred, but not required. Hardwood floors throughout the house (except for the Living Room, there's carpet). There is: Living room with fireplace (currently furnished) Kitchen with an island (majority furnished, but I'd be happy to move stuff around) Dining room with tiffany lamp HUGE sitting room Front porch (huge) Back yard (huge!!) 2 car garage, (one side works so I leave my extra stuff in there and also made an area for watching tv) Attic for extra space If you have any questions or care to view the place please let me know!! This place will fill fast!
