East Hillside, located minutes from downtown Duluth and Lake Superior's shoreline, is a vibrant neighborhood blending history, culture, and natural beauty. Known for its charming homes, tree-lined streets, and stunning lake views, it offers easy access to parks like Chester Park, local schools, medical facilities, and downtown amenities. The area features cozy cafes, restaurants, and specialty shops, fostering a welcoming community with a strong connection to its historical roots. With outdoor recreation, a convenient location, and a friendly atmosphere, East Hillside is an ideal place to live, work, and play. Tenants are responsible for the monthly rent charges of $1125 as well as the electric utility.
