Questions about this property’s policies and fees?
A historic, intact mill village Beaumont Mill Village is one of South Carolina's most intact textile mill villages. Built during Spartanburg’s textile boom, the community retains much of the look and character of decades past. In 2010, with support from neighborhood residents and the City of Spartanburg, Beaumont Mill Village was named a Local Historic District. This designation will help preserve the architectural integrity of the area. Even though Beaumont feels somewhat like a place apart, it is very much embedded in the larger Spartanburg community. Located within a short drive from Eastside dining and retail areas, from Wofford and Converse colleges, and from the Spartanburg Regional Medical Center, Beaumont is an appealing option for families and young professionals. This home features hardwood floors and LVT flooring in the kitchen and bathroom. Granite counter tops, subway tile backsplash, new light fixtures and a fenced yard are just a few of the awesome features of this home. Tenant is responsible for all utilities: Duke Energy Spartanburg Water Approval is based on an overall review of the credit, evictions and background check.
