Great price for a spacious 3 bedroom, 1.5 Bathroom single family home on quiet street in Perry South! There are minimal steps leading up to the main entry and covered front porch. The first floor has a living room, dining room, half bath, and a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator and stove/oven, back door leads to the large back patio, perfect for entertaining. On the second floor you will find the large primary bedroom with massive closets, 2 standard size bedrooms and a full bath with laundry hookups. Large dry unfinished basement. This home is pet friendly, street parking only, radiator heat, no AC. We would love to give you a tour of this home and we do not require any type of payment to schedule a showing. Please be cautious of scams and only schedule with the leasing specialist with Arbors Management. Close to downtown, North Side, Riverview park, and Parkway North. This rental includes a $9.95/month Resident Benefit Package in addition to the monthly rental pricing. This includes credit reporting: we report your on-time rental payments to help build your credit, 24 hour phone support, comprehensive online portal where you can setup automatic rental payments and submit maintenance requests, and waived fees such as: 1 late fee per year, free auto lease renewal, and no fee for paper checks.
