About 10770 W Marlowe Dr
I have a home in Littleton that I would like to share. It is near a lake with restored wetlands and close to a greenbelt and walking paths. You would have your space: a living room, bedroom, office/study, and newly remodeled bathroom, downstairs We would share the laundry room downstairs and the kitchen upstairs. I am flexible and willing to work with you around times to do laundry and cooking. I like open communication so we both have clear expectations and know our responsibilities. Upstairs and downstairs are each 900 square feet. The laundry room has a washer and dryer, refrigerator, sink, microwave and storage area. Rent is $700. We would share utilities (heat and A/C, water, trash, WiFi) which averages $120 a month. You can park in the two-car garage. The lease commitment is for one year. A $400 deposit and references are required. I would like to rent to a single, employed woman. I am single, employed part-time, and going to school. I can’t accept smokers or pets. I would like a renter who is accountable, not a party person, and can keep a clean house.
