Amenities included: central air, central heat, deck, dishwasher, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliance, updated kitchen, storage, washer dryer, laundry in building, and yard. Utilities included: water/sewer and trash. Is pet friendly. Date Available: August 20th(possibly earlier). $2,500/month rent. $1,000 security deposit required but is refundable. Pictures have not been updated. We added in a half bath in the basement. Repainted the entire house including walls, doors, and trim. Also added a double gate for larger lawn care needs to get back into the backyard. We added a fire pit area that can be a small pool area as well.
