Property Status: Active Great Location, 3-bed, 2-bath home. Dogs allowed upon approval. No Cats The backyard is fenced in, with a patio, artificial turf, a pergola just outside the family room, and two flower or garden beds. The property has been well maintained and is in excellent condition. New carpet has been installed in the living room and hallway, and new blinds have been installed in the family room and living room. The kitchen, located between the living room and the family room, is a great spot for entertaining. It has all the major appliances: a refrigerator, a gas stove, a dishwasher, and a microwave. The laundry area has a new washer and an older dryer. It is located in the hall closet across from the bedrooms. The master bath was updated with a new shower featuring two showerheads, a bench, and glass doors this past year. There is a wood-burning stove in the family room, which makes the room very inviting and provides a second source of heat. The double-car garage opens into the living room, which we find very handy. The neighborhood is family-friendly. Paradise Skies, a city park, is one block from the house. In addition, within 5 minutes, there is one grocery store, many restaurants, a hospital, a gym, and many retail stores.
