First and last month’s rent, along with a $2,800 security deposit, are required prior to move-in. Offered on a 12+ month lease only. UTILITIES: As part of the rental obligations, the resident will be responsible to pay: electricity, gas, water, sewer, phone, internet, and premium cable TV/satellite. The resident is also responsible for removing snow from the driveway, walking surfaces, and patio, as well as replacing water filters. The owner pays for trash, lawn care, and basic cable TV channels. The resident is required to have an active Renter's Insurance Policy during the duration of the lease.
