Viewings of this property will be by appointment only Monday thru Friday between 10am to 4pm. 24 hour notice is required due to Tenants residing at the property. Located on a large lot within a cul-de-sac, this unfurnished Pedernales floor plan offers 2389 sq ft of spacious living with green space views. This home provides 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bath, den and office space. Hard flooring in the main living areas. Carpet in the bedrooms, den and office. Neutral interior paint color. Formal dining room and kitchen nook. Fireplace in living room. Large kitchen with island and built in gas stove. Dual vanity and walk-in shower in the primary bath. Vanity table in the primary bathroom provides additional space and storage. There is a spacious primary walk-in closet and an additional closet in the primary bedroom (perfect for shoes or additional storage). The guest bedroom has an attached bath for guests. Office space can function as an additional bedroom space for guests. Den provides built in cabinets and shelving. Decked back patio, fenced backyard with full green space views. Tenants are responsible for providing their own washer and dryer during the lease term. This property is located in an age restricted community. Tenants must be 55 years of age or older to lease this property. Owner provides the lawn maintenance and pays the yearly HOA dues. Tenants will be responsible for the rental amount, utilities, pest control, renter's insurance and the watering of the landscaping at the property per the City of Georgetown guidelines.
