These pics are before appliances are in. Stone one-story home with a large, open living/dining/kitchen and lots of storage. Separate, interior utility room. Large fenced in yard. Master shower is all tiled, with built-in bench and two hand-held sprayers! The second bath is a walk-in Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom can be used as an office, with it's own exterior entrance, built in shelving and gun cabinet! Large covered front and back porches. There is a very large (approx 2000sf) barn/workshop, with separate electricity and huge pass-through doors. Location: You will not beat this location-it's 15 minutes from Lockhart, 15 min from San Marcos, and 15 min from Luling! Nice quiet country setting. Criteria: If you are interested, you must make at least $5k/month, have a credit score of at least 550, and have no recent evictions. Our app fee is $75/adult, or $130 for a couple, and the deposit is $2000. Animals: Maximum of 3 animals, with $225 pet fee and $25/month pet rent/pet. We have no breed restrictions, but do require both pet and renter's insurance for the duration of the lease.
