The building is a 6plex. It is a quiet, safe, friendly place to live with excellent neighbours. We are comfortable leasing this apartment on a short-term lease, or long term. We can be very flexible and accommodating for the right prospective tenant. Furniture will be tricky. There is an Ikea Loft Bed w a desk and wardrobe as well as a folding table we think would work well in this space. Pics attached here. The apartment has a small kitchenette with a fridge and sink and cupboards. There is a large window over the kitchen to let in lots of natural light. You will need a hot plate/toaster oven/instant pot (whatever you love to cook with) as there is no stove/oven. This space is ONLY for a single occupant. No exceptions. The successful applicant will have an excellent landlord reference, good credit, and steady income. The pictures speak a thousand words.
