Welcome home to 104 Bronco Circle, an amazing unfurnished rental in Sun City-an active 55 and older community in Georgetown, TX, available July 15th! Viewings of this property will be by appointment only Monday thru Friday between 10am to 4pm. 24 hour notice is required to ensure agent availability. To schedule a viewing appointment, please contact (512) 869-0223. Owner pays the yearly HOA dues and provides the basic lawn maintenance (mowing, edging, blowing). Anything more than the basic lawn maintenance would be up to the Owner. Tenants are responsible for the following items during their lease term: rent, placing utilities into their name by the start of their lease term and maintaining the utilities during their lease term (City of Georgetown-electricity, water, waste; Atmos Energy-Gas; Optimum-Cable/Internet), the watering of the landscaping per the City of Georgetown restrictions, renter's insurance and pest control. The refrigerator, washing machine and clothes dryer are the personal property of the Owners. Repair or replacement of these items is not guaranteed. The owner will consider a dog or cat during a lease term. Owner approval of pet is required prior to applying to lease this property. ALL prospective tenants must complete our third-party pet screening and review processes. This process ensures we have formalized pet and animal related policy acknowledgments and accurate pet/animal records. The fee to screen a household pet is $30. This is a separate charge from the rental application fee. There is no charge for those with assistance animals or for tenants without a pet (you will select this information on the screening profile and provide any requested documentation). The security deposit for this property is $2500 due at signing. The first month's rent will be due 2 weeks prior to move in. Application fees ($75.00 per person) and the admin fee ($60) are non-refundable. We encourage prospects to apply for the home once they are 100% sure they are ready to move forward with leasing this property. We do not hold properties.
