Not far off of County Line Road and halfway between Huntsville and Athens, this beautiful new home will go fast--don't wait! This spacious home sits in a new neighborhood and has a beautiful spacious and fully fenced yard. Located in a semi-rural country feels area, it would be ideal for a commuter who wants the peace and quiet of country life. Master room is downstairs. Our requirements of tenants are as follows: A tenant's income must be at least 3x the amount of rent. The tenant must be able to present the following AT signing: 1 full month's rent A full security deposit $75 leasing fee If not paid already at the time of signing, a $45 application fee. Proof that utilities have been switched into the tenant's name. Proof of renter's liability insurance–we require tenants to have renter's liability (covers damage that tenant does to the rental property) in the amount of at least $300,000.
