To the leasing manager, Erica Massey, “ Thank you “ for being approachable and available whenever I needed help or advice - Especially responding to maintenance requests. You’ve been so understanding of my situation and it really means a lot to our family. And I just wanted to let you know I appreciate all of your hard work and efforts in keeping this property running smoothly!
