No past evictions, must have verifiable income of at least 3 times the rent, minimum 625 FICO credit score, and proof of renter's insurance policy prior to occupancy. Extensive criminal background, past eviction check, and credit check (paid for by applicant) will be required for each adult (18+) that would be occupying the property.
