FEES: Please note that the published monthly rate does not include refundable security deposits, taxes, linens, travel/renters’ insurance, or any other applicable and optional fees. Homes that accept pets will require a nonrefundable $400 fee per pet. RATES & PAYMENTS: Payments due at move-in versus monthly rental payments will be decided by the agent and will be based on the duration and total cost of the lease. A detailed breakdown of payment amounts, and due dates will be provided when the lease is drafted for signature. There is no access to the mailbox, if wanting to receive mail you will need to open a P.O. Box. DESCRIPTION: Tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac and only a few blocks to the beach, this comfortable single family home does not lack in amenities. The home features two full kitchens and living areas with four smart TVs (65", 60", 55", and 32") with premium channels, a DVD player and two Keurig coffee machines. There are 5 Queen size beds, 2 Full size beds, and 1 full bunk bed. The swimming pool is not available for off-season use. Parking allows for seven cars in the driveway. No smoking and no pets allowed. Hot tub chemicals will be provided for tenant to self-maintain monthly.
