This unit is available for in person showings, photos and video are located on the Guardian Property Management website. The main level of this unit has hardwood floors, two bedrooms, full bath, and kitchen. Downstairs you will find the 3rd bedroom and another living/family room space. The laundry, garage entry door and quarter bath are also downstairs. The garage is attached to the unit and included in the rent. You also have a second parking space available in the back which would be large enough for boat or trailer storage. As a tenant you will pay for all utilities and be responsible for snow removal on your sidewalk and driveway. Lawn care of taken care of by the owner. Pets are welcome with positive rental reference and credit. (Dog fee $30mo, Cat fee $20mo) Applications will be available at time of showing or online. Each application is $50 per adult and can be paid with a credit or debit card. Application is based on income, credit, rental/work history and includes a criminal background check.
