3 bedroom, 2 bath unfurnished home in Burgaw just off NC Hwy 117. Nice, updated home in rural setting but close to Wilmington and Burgaw for stores and shopping. The living room leads to a kitchen area with a laundry closet off the kitchen. Off the kitchen/living area is a sunken additional room for a family room/den. All 3 bedrooms are off the living room down the hallway with the master bedroom at the end with a private bath. There is a hallway bath as well. The home has a peaceful, large back yard for those clear, cool nights. This house is a must see. No trampolines or pools allowed on property. Schools - C.F. Pope Elementary, Burgaw Middle, Heide Trask Senior High NON smoking Pet friendly with approval, nonrefundable pet fees and pet screening - Dogs 60 lbs and under, non aggressive - limit 1 Application fee applies
