About 1010 Creekwood Pl
I am currently renting a beautiful two-bedroom. I would like to find a clean, respectful, friendly professional to share the place, and rent, with. The house is semi-attached, with a private garden, on a quiet cul-de-sac with friendly neighbors and access to a shared pool. The house has hardwood floors throughout (except kitchen and bathroom), a brand- new washer and dryer, a dishwasher and the kitchen is fully equipped. There is a garage as well, currently used for storage but could be used to park your car. The house is within walking distance to downtown Lafayette and to Lafayette BART, great restaurants and bars, but also feels like it is in a park. It has the best of both worlds. I am 35, a professor at University of San Francisco. I am looking to share the house, not simply sublet a room, so I am also willing to adapt the current decorations. I am very laid-back and flexible. I enjoy quiet evenings, reading, movie night, dinner parties and all sorts of outdoor activities, from kayaking to downhill mountain biking. I am very sociable, but also independent.
