There is a laundry room off the kitchen. The formal dining room can be used as an office, because there is plenty of room off the other side of the kitchen for table and chairs. If you like chickens, this is your place. The setup is designed for ease of use and plenty of fresh eggs, if you are interested. The back end of the lot is fenced off for the coop and run. Tenant pays all utilities. No charge for responsible septic use. Utility bills split 75/25 with other unit. Indoor pets not allowed, sorry. Application fee is $50 per adult. We do NOT accept portable applications (something that is obtained outside of the company). A complete application means: you've seen the unit, submitted the application and paid the fee.
