Super old building they keep raising rent but don’t renovate apartments. Homeless people sleep in the laundry rooms, people smoke cigarettes in the hall ways and nobody cares. don’t live here lol how do you raise rent to almost 200$ more in a studio apartment. Disgusting greedy people
