Most utilities are a flat rate.3 LARGE BEDROOMS -including a massive master bedroom with shelved walk in closets and a full master bath. The other 2 rooms contain ample storage space (One has a large walk in closet), and large North-facing windows. The walls between homes are approximately 6 feet thick and we have never been able to hear our neighbors even once!KITCHEN- The kitchen and living room are new, clean, and perfect for hosting. Luxury flooring, quartz counter tops, gas range, and stainless steel sinks ensure a beautiful and durable cooking environment. Plenty of storage in the closet style pantry, and cabinets. The included appliances were all purchased in 2022. A half-bath is also on this level perfect for guests to use. NEIGHBORHOOD - We have loved living in this neighborhood, and are sad to be leaving. The house is within walking distance of many pickle ball courts, a pool, a soccer field, and a dog park! Macey's is a 5 minute drive away, and Rowley's Red Barn is just up the road. The neighborhood is very safe, friendly and active. You would be hard pressed to walk outside and not find children playing, or a family walking their dog. BACK PATIO- The patio has nice wooden stairs in good condition, and is paved and fenced with a gate. The land behind the house is zoned for a park!BASEMENT - The basement is large, but unfinished. Can be used for storage, game room, mancave, etc!OTHER - Upstairs has a full bath that is essentially brand new, as well as a linen closet for extra storage.
