Newer appliances include the refrigerator, electric range, built-in microwave, and dishwasher. The dining room and living room are separated by a partial wall that houses the gas fireplace, facing the living room. The living room has sliding doors out to the nice-sized screened porch. The primary bedroom suite includes two spacious closets with mirrored doors and an en suite bathroom with stall shower. The second bedroom also has a mirrored closet and shares access to the hall bathroom, which has a shower/bathtub. The laundry closet with washer and dryer hookups is located in the hall between the bedrooms, along with the linen closet. Association restrictions state all units shall be occupied and used for single family residential purposes only. Tenant responsible for all utilities including electricity, natural gas, and water. Gas hot water/ heat and central electric air conditioning. No pets. No smoking. No cosigners.
