We recently had to make an urgent visit to California on family illness. We stayed at the rental suite at Amerige Pointe apartments in Fullerton, CA. We were quite pleased with the suite, it was comfortable, well equipped, we had TV, WiFi, and a comfortable bed. We were walking distance to grocery store, shops, and restaurants. We discovered a shortage of cooking pans and these were brought to us immediately. We were thankful to be able to cook breakfast and small other meals in the galley kitchen. It was nice to be able to relax on a cough instead of chairs as would occur in a motel. And the cost was most reasonable. It was a last minute trip and everything (airfare, car rental) was expensive so we were grateful for the reasonable rental fee. Another plus for us, we were close to relatives. Thank you.

I just moved in a week ago and I can't express how much I love my new home.
I was searching for the perfect home for me and my son for long time, and Amerige Pointe was the one!
I want to thank Jack and his team, Sasha for my smooth move in from the day 1 that I first visited AP. I didn't have an appointment, I just walked in, but Jack didn't mind. He took extra time to show me the unit and other amentities. He was very clear on the move in process. I happened to move on Sunday and since I moved in from 120 miles away, my ETA was around 11 am before the leasing office opens. However, Jack made all the arranngement to open the unit so that I could start move in, however, my ETA chaged to 9:30. I called the office but obviously no one answerd so I called urgent maintenance line and left a voice message. A while later, Miguel, maintenance manager called me back. But unfortunately, he wasn't aware of my situation. He told me that he will find out and get back to me. That's when I started freaking out, what if they are not able to open the unit and I and the moving company drivers have to wait 2 1/2 hours??? Miguel called back(thank GOD) and he said no problem, he made sure that the unit will be opened when I arrive.
I arrived at exacly at 9:30 and guess what? Miguel was standing in front of the unit although it was his day off... He wanted to make sure that I was okay and start moving in. He also walked me through how to turn on lights/AC/other things in the house.
When the leasing office opened, Sasha came to my unit to do the inspection, and she was so nice and kind.
Thanks Jack, Sasha and Miguel for your professionalism and a great customer service! I started loving AP even before I moved in because of all of you!

The cleanliness and staff of any apartment or organization is important to me. Amerige Pointe scores top notch in those 2 aspects and since we've moved in, the staff has been very attentive to our every request and need. Property and our unit is clean and feels like home. A big Thank You to Jake and Carol, who have been there from the beginning with the upmost professionalism and respect!
I just move here for a few weeks and this place is very good. The leasing consultant and apartment manager help me a lot in leasing apartment. The maintainence person is very kindly and always on any question that I have. The location is walking distance to the shop and restaurant. It is nice and convenient.

A lovely building, great location, beautiful amenities and I like the staff too! It's a great place to call 'home' in Fullerton. The neighborhood is really convenient and as far as Fullerton Apartments go, Amerige Pointe is tops.

With the experience of renting apartments from several large brands, the Amerige Pointe, where I currently reside among the Greystar Apartment Group, is one of the best overall. As emphasized in feedback many times, the professionalism of the office staff and the quick problem solving and service of the maintenance team are so great. And the school district around the apartment is by far the top of Orange County. I am very satisfied with my life here, and of course I have plans to extend my rental lease term!
Very impressed with the staff. The manager is so kind! Walking distance to stores and restaurants. Only 15-20 Minutes from Disneyland, but didn't have to worry about traffic!

A nice apartment complex located in Fullerton with nice amenities such as a resort style swimming pool and a fitness room. They also have a guest suite if you need to book a room for out of town visitors.
