Please note that ALL utilities are included in your rent which also includes the water bill, this is important for the city minimum is $103.00 per month regardless of usage, as well as the electricty, gas, trash, sewer and your lot rent to the park. Your only responsibility is internet and or TV. PLEASE BE AWARE;;;; this home is an older home and has some rough issues, as such this home is being rented AS IS. There are problems with a broken inside door as well as with the back door. We will work with you in replacing some of these things, however the labor is up to you. The Ute Village trailer park does have a basic background vetting service that denies approval for serious felony convictions.
