My two roommates just moved out, 1 more med student is moving in soon and my landlord is looking for 1 more new person to move in as well. Upstairs bedroom available - it is actually 2 bedrooms for the price of one - $525/month + utilities - upstairs bathroom is shared between you and the downstairs roommate.
