The Greatest Part Of This Place Is That It'S 1 Door Away From Parade Park, An Extension Of Prospect Park - With Tennis Courts, Soccer, Baseball, And Football Fields For Several Blocks. Smoking Is Ok, But Only On The Balcony Please, And The Building Is Leery Of Pets, So For Now I Have To Say No, Unless It'S A Therapy Pet. I'D Prefer Longer Term Commitments, Just So It'S Not Something That Has To Be Dealt With Repeatedly, And To Be Respectful Of The Building Management. The Only Utility Cost Is Splitting The Electric Bill, All Other Utilities Are Included. This Is A Really Great Opportunity For Anyone Looking For Their Own Safe And Comfortable Space In The Next Great Brooklyn Neighborhood!
