It's also a half-block from the bus line that goes right to the UMD campus. The property has over 1,800 square feet of living space, large bedrooms, and laundry. Another great feature to this property is the low utility costs. Recently insulated, sided, and new high-efficiency gas furnaces keep costs low. Always a favorite student rental because of its proximity to downtown and UMD. Pets are okay within our guidelines! Tenants are responsible for the monthly rent charges of $2400 as well as electric, gas, sewer, and water utilities. Additionally, a garbage fee of $10 per occupant, along with a monthly technology fee of $6.95 per account, are applied directly to your rent charges each month. We provide a liability insurance option at $18 through our in-house policy, though tenants also have the flexibility and freedom to secure their own coverage if preferred. We make it easy!
