Tenants can enjoy the nice size balcony that includes a storage room, as well as access to the community pool, pickleball courts, and a designated parking space. This condo also features another separate very large storage room around the backside of the building. The owner will accept 1 or 2 well behaved, adult cats with a one time $300 non-refundable pet fee per pet.
