It is beautifully decorated and perfect for entertaining guests. We are more interested in the "right fit" as we have a common wall with people who work business hours Furnished Half Duplex in South Canmore. Backing on to the forest with a path to the river. Only a 7 minute walk to downtown and a 12 minute walk or 3 minute drive to the Nordic Centre. Hot Tub,- Optional - can be decommissioned for the winter Laundry, dishwasher, microwave, stove Sleeps 7 (9 with hide-abed in the living room) 3 Bedrooms: Master with Ensuite (queen bed) Bedroom 1: Queen Bed Bedroom 2: Double bed with single bunk overhead Private, fenced backyard with deck and fire pit area; front deck with sitting area and BBQ Laundry Shed for storage of gear Outside Parking for 3 cars For rental during winter months, tenant will have to pay internet, heat and electricity.
