–Santa Monica, Californie held steady as the priciest city in the metro with rent at $3,500.
–Glendale, Californie saw rent drop $10 to $2,390 but continue to rank as the second most expensive city.
–Los Angeles, Californie was third with one bedrooms priced at $2,330.
Le moins cher
–Lynwood, Californie saw rent climb $60 to $1,330 but remain the most affordable city.
–Pomona, Californie dropped one spot to become the second least expensive city with rent at $1,350.
–Whittier, Californie moved up to third with one bedrooms priced at $1,410.
