Zumper and Engrain Partner to Simplify Fee Transparency Across the Renter Discovery Journey

San Francisco, CA – March 16, 2026 – Zumper, one of multifamily’s leading full-funnel marketing platforms, today announced an integration with Engrain, the leader in interactive touring, mapping, and data visualization software for the built environment, to allow property operators to showcase detailed fee data on their Zumper listings and Google Business Profiles (GBPs), helping build trust with renters and maintain compliance with growing regulations nationwide.

Through this partnership, mandatory fee data from Engrain’s SightMap syndicates to display ‘Total Monthly Leasing Price’ on Zumper listings and can also power the Zumper cost calculator, added to Zumper listings in 2025. This integration is the next step in helping ensure prospective renters have a clear understanding of the total cost of living at a community, while reducing the manual work required for property teams to keep fees up to date across channels.

The integration is available to shared Zumper and Engrain customers today. SightMap is automatically syndicated to Zumper listings and customers can now extend that syndication to include fee data. Existing SightMap customers can notify their Engrain Client Services Manager to opt Zumper in to receive fee data. New SightMap clients can learn more here.
