Products & Partnerships: Innovation for Multifamily Partners & Renters
This year, Zumper launched several new innovations and partnerships, delivered with our partners and renters in mind.






From Zoe, our AI-powered assistant driving high-intent leads, to Spotlight Ads boosting listing visibility, we introduced a range of solutions to help multifamily owners and managers drive more leads and streamline their marketing.
With the goal of helping our partners reach renters every step of the renter journey, we enhanced our Google Business Profile posting solution to include Q&As, delivered automated Review Generation and Review Listening for holistic reputation management, and rolled out Amplify Social to help engage renters on social media.
And our strategic collaborations with partners like Rentgrata were crafted to give renters comprehensive, relevant property information, streamlining the rental search process from the start of their journey.
Events & Education: Thought Leadership and Engagement in Multifamily






This year, Zumper also engaged in key industry events and educational sessions to connect with partners and share valuable insights. We participated in staple industry conferences like NAA Apartmentalize, TAA ONE, NMHC OPTECH and AIM, where our team led discussions on marketing strategies, owner-manager relationships, and multifamily trends. We also sponsored the Multifamily Social Media Summit, hosted networking events like the Lobster Boil in Napa, gave our partners a Taste of Philly at NAA, joined a Revyse podcast at OPTECH, and threw a Barbie-themed party at AIM.
Beyond in-person events, we hosted Crawford’s Corner webinars, led by Patty Crawford, which brought together industry experts to discuss topics like social proof, and adopting AI for marketing simplification.
Our CEO, Anthemos Georgiades, was also featured on industry podcasts such as the Digible Dudes Podcast and The Marketing Show, where he explored the impact of AI and Web3.0 on the rental market, helping our partners stay informed and ahead of the curve.

Patty Crawford was appointed Chair Elect – Mentor/Liaison for the National Apartment Association NSC committee. Andrew Addy, Enterprise Account Executive, was named Business Person of the Year by both the Property Management Association of Michigan and the Detroit Metropolitan Apartment Association.
Our RVP of Sales, Lani Gardner, was elected to the Apartment Association of Greater Dallas (AAGD) board, will chair the Fort Worth Apartment Association, and will serve on the NAAEI Curriculum Committee in 2025. And our Enterprise Account Executive, Camille Hernal-Huffman, was appointed Director at Large for the AAGD NextGen Committee.
These accomplishments reflect our team’s deep commitment to the multifamily industry, supporting it at every level, from local communities to national associations.
