This is an amazing property on the creek and offers all the same features as a SFH without the cost. We are looking for a 22-24 month lease to start. Walking into the home from the upper you will be in the kitchen area, walking through that you will find a large living room, full bath, and two bedrooms. Downstairs you have another living space, Master bedroom with closet and bath, and laundry. Two car garage is included in the rent. Tenants are responsible for All utilities and lawn and snow (shared with Neighbor) Gas and Electric will be in your name and water/sewer/trash a duplicate bill will be sent from the city of Bloomington. Pets are welcome with positive rental reference and credit. (Dog fee $30mo, Cat fee $20mo) Applications will be available at time of showing or online. Each application is $50 per adult and can be paid with a credit or debit card. Application is based on income, credit, rental/work history and includes a criminal background check.
