There is a primary bedroom with en suite bathroom featuring a double sink vanity and garden tub/shower combo. There’s also a walk-in closet and access to the backyard. Across the split floor plan is two guest bedrooms, a linen closet and a full bathroom. On the way out to the attached two car garage is a laundry room with cabinet space. The back of the home features a covered back patio, artificial turf, firepit with seating for entertaining and extended paver patio with water feature. HOA: Granville HOA Rules and CC&R's apply. Amenities include: community kitchen, fitness center, jogging trails, meeting rooms, outdoor pool, spa, playgrounds, media center, tennis, fitness and exercise center, basketball court, etc. Tenant pays 1x admin fee $25 (membership required) for the use of these amenities.
