This active 55+ community features many resident activities, a clubhouse, pavilions, access to hiking trails, a heated outdoor pool/spa, rec room and much more. HOA: Victorian Estates. HOA rules and CC&R's apply. Heating: Forced gas. Cooling: Central AC and ceiling fans. Appliances include: refrigerator, electric range/oven, built in microwave, dishwasher, disposal, nuvo water conditioning unit, washer and dryer. Utilities Resident pays for: Water, Sewer - Town of Prescott Valley. Electric - APS. Gas - Unisource. Included: Trash Terms: 55+ Community. No smoking. Pets: Negotiable. Restricted by HOA Rules. Schedule a Showing Call the office and speak with Jessica to schedule a showing. An agent will meet you at the property at the scheduled time. Showings might be a group showing or an individual showing. Showings are 10 minutes long. Please do not be late, we schedule back-to-back showings and will not be able to wait for you to arrive if you are late. We do recommend viewing the property but this is not required.
