About 12123 W Bell Rd #338
1 bedroom 1 bath Condo in the Cliffs Condominiums is available for immediate move-in. Unit has nice size living room and dining room and the master has double closets and a small balcony to take in the beautiful views. Rent includes water and garbage. There is a heated pool, spa, clubhouse and fitness room in the complex. In addition there is an elevator to access the condo. Property is located near restaurants, shopping, highway access, Luke Air Force Base and the Surprise baseball stadium. 12 month minimum lease. Pets ok with approval and an additional deposit but no cats please. The security deposit is equal to one months rent. The application fee is $55 per adult. Initial MOVE-IN Costs: Security Deposit - Minimum of 1X monthly rent but not greater than 1.5X monthly rent. First Month's Rent + $65 Resident Services Package Setup Fee. Pets - If applicable, a non-refundable Pet Fee in the amount of $300 per pet is required. Recurring Monthly Costs: Monthly Rent. $50/$65 Resident Services Package (includes renters' insurance, credit reporting, rewards program, pest control, air filter delivery and more). Pets - If applicable, $35 pet rent for first animal and $25 for each additional animal.
