Furnished oceanfront studio condo at 9550 Shore Drive, Myrtle Beach, available on a 12-month lease. $1,475 per month covers electricity, heat and air conditioning, water, sewer, trash, high-speed internet, cable TV and a landline for local calls, plus a weekly sheet exchange, covered parking and a private 8' x 8' storage room. One payment, no surprise bills. Each studio is about 350 sq ft with a private bathroom, a kitchenette (sink, two-burner cooktop, microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker) and a private balcony with ocean views. Set up with one bed plus a couch and loveseat, or two beds plus a loveseat. Residents can use the building's indoor and outdoor pools and spa, and have direct beach access. Coin-operated laundry on site. Lease terms: 12-month lease. First month's rent plus a $1,475 deposit due at signing. No pets (assistance animals accommodated as required by law). No subletting. No smoking anywhere on the property. Guests welcome. Available November 1, 2026. Message us through this listing with questions or to schedule a tour. Our leasing office is open Monday-Friday, 9 AM-12 PM, and leases are signed in person.
