Live in paradise with this quaint 2 bedroom 1.5 bathroom villa located in Madison Villas in North Myrtle Beach. Close to all shopping and dining as well as less than a half mile from the beach. This stylish unit comes fully furnished or can be unfurnished if desired. Downstairs is the main living area with eat in kitchen and a half bath. Upstairs you will find the 2 bedrooms with a shared full bathroom. Don't feel like getting sandy, walk outside the front door, grab a lounge chair and relax by the sparkling pool. Community offers an on site coin laundry facility for tenant use. Rent will include water, sewer, pest control, grounds care and trash pick up. Sorry no smoking and no pets allowed per the HOA for renters. Please call or email Becky at 843-839-3768 or **** to schedule a tour. Applications are gladly considered after viewing.
