This single-level home offers 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 5 beds, providing ample space for up to 10 guests. This home is designed for entertainment and comfort, featuring two separate living areas. The family room includes a fireplace and a Smart TV, with a pull-out sofa bed for extra flexibility. The second living room boasts a 65" Smart TV for movie nights. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster, and baking sheet, along with dishes, silverware, and cooking basics. Both bathrooms are stocked with essential toiletries and include a bathtub and bidet. Enjoy the private pool and hot tub, with heating available for an additional fee of $55 per night or $550 per month for the entire stay. Pool and spa heat must be paid for the entire stay. Spa heat only is available for $30 per night. A BBQ grill is provided, and guests are asked to purchase their own propane tank refills. Additional paid services include continental breakfasts, early check-in, late check-out, house cleaning during your stay, welcome celebration packages, welcome breakfast packages, grocery packages, and customized packages by request. Pets are welcome with prior approval and a pet deposit of $200 plus $39 per day per pet, with a limit of 2 pets. Fees may apply for excessive shedding or damage caused by pets. Service animals are accepted without extra charge, but guests remain liable for any damages caused by the animal. Located in the prime Clermont area, this home offers easy access to Florida's major attractions. It's just 19 minutes to Disney World, 26 minutes to Universal Studios, 23 minutes to SeaWorld, and 10 minutes to Island H2O water park and Margaritaville. Daily essentials are conveniently located at Publix and Walmart, just 5 minutes away, with Posner Park shopping about 20 minutes out. The neighborhood is also close to world-class golf courses and Lake Louisa State Park for outdoor activities. This is a non-smoking villa, and a $500 charge will apply if smoke is detected. Smoking is permitted outside as long as exterior doors are closed. Additional cleaning fees apply if the villa is left excessively dirty or with excessive garbage. Exterior security cameras are installed for safety and are actively recording. Tampering with cameras will result in early termination of the reservation with no refunds.
