Welcome to Bloomfield Village Condominiums. Unit #7A is an end unit that offers two outside living spaces compared to the usual one. Be that as it may, this end unit has tremendous natural light from both the side of the condo and the back. The extra slider off the dining room and the extra windows in the kitchen both fill the space with this added sunlight. There is a fenced in area off the dining room slider that offers additional privacy. The overwhelming feeling of this unit is how spacious it is. Being an end unit, it’s also one of the largest condos at Bloomfield village. There are three floors of living space! The first floor has all the common rooms like a formal dining room and an oversized living room that spans the entire width of the condo. The living room layout is in the back of the condo with easy access to the back deck. The living room is spacious enough for almost any size furniture, a large tv, and makes a great entertaining area away from the front entrance. The dining room is conveniently off the kitchen. The updated kitchen offers newer appliances including a dishwasher and disposal. The “granite-like” laminate counters brings a more modern feel. The kitchen has terrific storage space with upper cabinets on both sides of this oversized galley kitchen. New flooring has been installed throughout the entire condo including brand new plush carpet in the bedrooms and living room. There are new luxury vinyl floors in the bathrooms that continue the modern trend. One of the biggest surprises is the finished basement that offers a very versatile and large room that can be anything from a playroom to another (informal) living room (den) or workout space. In the lower level there is a washer and dryer that is included with the rental. One of the nicest upgrades with this condo is the new full bathroom on the second floor. The tub has new porcelain shower walls with a mosaic tile banner. There is a new white double vanity that makes it easy for two people to get ready in the morning. This “jack and jill” bathroom can be assessed from either bedroom. Both bedrooms are larger than average and offer amble closest space. Both closets make up an entire wall of each bedroom. The condo comes with natural gas heat, hot water and central air! The tenant is responsible for electric, gas, and water. Owner pays the condo fee. Snow removal, landscaping, and trash are included. Only a one-month security deposit with a strong application. Pets considered on a case-by-case basis. There is a strict background check that focuses heavily on credit. A minimum score of 675 is required. Lastly, the location is super convenient being walking distance from Bloomfield center and Wintonbury Mall shops. Imagine walking over for sushi at Ginza or going to the town’s green for a concert. West Hartford and I-91 are only a short drive. This is a professional and well cared for complex and professionally managed unit. It has just gone through a complete renovation and is spotless clean and has all new designer neutral paint.
