Cool Springs-Tilton Park is a charming and historic neighborhood in Wilmington, Delaware, known for its Victorian-era homes, tree-lined streets, and friendly community atmosphere. It offers a peaceful escape while being conveniently close to downtown Wilmington, the Riverfront, and major transportation routes. The neighborhood is incredibly walkable, with many amenities, shops, and restaurants within easy reach. This is our oldest unit, and while clean and functional, the floors are slanted and the finishes are vintage. If you require a brand-new, modern renovation, please consider our other listings. Tampering with security devices, such as video doorbells and security cameras, is a violation of our rental agreement and will result in cancellation without refund. A maximum of 2 guests are allowed in the property at any time. Guests not on the reservation must be cleared in writing prior to entering the property; failure to comply will result in termination of the reservation without refund and a $150 fine per unauthorized guest. Please do not use glitter in the unit or building, as it will result in an extra cleaning charge ($500-$3,500). Please do not smoke anything in the unit; smoking is permitted only outside in the driveway with all doors and windows closed, as smoke remediation will incur a minimum charge of $500. No gatherings or parties are allowed. Please be considerate of other residents. Please wash, dry, and put away all dishes before checking out. Stay productive with fast WiFi (100 Mbps) and a workspace/table, making this a high-value choice for digital nomads and business travelers. The living area includes two Smart TVs with Roku for easy streaming.
