This unique home spans two levels, connected by stairs, and features an elevator for your convenience. The main living area, kitchen, and three bedrooms are located on the upper level. The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee maker, electric kettle, smoothie maker, microwave, roaster, crockpot, and toaster. The living/family room features a large TV, cozy wood paneling, and a high ceiling. The master suite includes a TV and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and soaking tub. All bedrooms have large closets with coat hangers. The first-floor private resident suite offers a separate bathroom with a shower, a large TV, a couch, and two queen beds, which can also serve as an office. The lower level boasts a spacious living area with seating areas, a patio swing, and a game room with pool, shuffleboard, and cornhole. Enjoy the enclosed, air-conditioned game room and a private Tiki bar. Outside, relax in the stunning infinity pool and private jacuzzi overlooking Philippi Creek. A gas BBQ is provided on the private main patio. Beach equipment is available for your use. The pool and jacuzzi can be heated for an additional charge of $20 per night, which must be requested at least 48 hours before arrival and purchased for the entire stay. Highchairs are available to rent. Parking is available on-site for a maximum of 3 cars in the driveway, and on-street parking is also available. Guests may access the garage, but guest cars must not be parked inside. Nestled on Philippi Creek in Sarasota, this home offers a short boat ride to the Gulf of Mexico and is a short drive to Siesta Key with its award-winning beaches. The property is conveniently located close to Downtown Sarasota's restaurants and is a gateway to miles of beaches like Siesta Key Beach, Lido Beach, and Anna Maria Island. Shopping is available at the UTC Mall, and Nathan Benderson Park is also nearby. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. Early check-in and late checkout are available for an additional $100 each, subject to approval. At checkout, guests are asked to set the thermostat to 75°F, turn off lights, secure doors and windows, and start the dishwasher. If a laundry load is requested, wash towels only. Boat mooring requires prior approval, and only docking alongside the dock is permitted; the boat lift is not available to guests.
