Check-in is from 4 PM and checkout is by 10 AM. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. At checkout, please set the thermostat to 75°F, turn off lights, secure doors and windows, and start the dishwasher. If a laundry load is requested, wash towels only. Please use the full property address, 1750 Bayview Drive, in your navigation app. Bins are at the front of the house on the driveway; please put them at the curb the night before collection and return them to their normal storage position after collection. The hot tub heats automatically; use the normal guest controls to select your preferred temperature within the equipment’s permitted range.
