Small-ish but cozy bedroom Can be furnished or unfurnished (double bed, nightstand, dresser). In photos there is a queen bed, closet is deep enough to put a dresser in if you want room for a desk. Wifi, utilities, and house supplies are split monthly usually around $60-100 per month. I have a cat but sadly no more pets are allowed. I can start viewings in the second half of August as the place is currently under renovation - everything being redone, stove will be new, washer & dryer in suite are one year old bought brand new. The location is fantastic. Less than 10 min walk to r4 bus stops, 41 bus stops right outside. There is a nice big park right across the street, and grocery store, dispensary, liquor store, duffins donuts, diff restaurants, a pub, import snack store, and gas station all under ten min walk away. No parking on the property but can park on the streets around. Please tell me a bit about yourself, I won’t reply to “is this available?” etc. I am a 25 year old woman working full time, starting school soon. I am a home body in the rainy seasons and love to get out to lakes or go for hikes in the summer. I love cooking & baking, music, movies, reading, and enjoy a casual drink on the weekend. This house is not a party house, no drugs inside except weed, and no smoking inside (weed and cig friendly just keep it outside).
