Free public parking spaces are available, but please only park in spaces that are not reserved and not covered parking. A private entrance to the unit with self check-in capacities through a keypad is provided. Guests are required to complete a guest sign-in form and background check. Early check-ins are not guaranteed and may incur a fee of $20 for a 2pm check-in, at the host's discretion. Late checkouts must be approved and may incur a fee of $25 for a 1pm checkout or $35 for a same-day request. Parking is limited to 3 cars maximum, and guests must only park in the driveway or on the street directly in front of the house, without blocking anyone else's driveway.
