Hi, I’m looking for a roommate for August but also September and possibly going into October (one, two or three months). Note: due to this being a shared space, a female roommate is preferred. Here are the details: $780 per month, $390 damage deposit (includes utilities and WiFi). Female preferred due to this being a shared one-bedroom apartment. One perk - I'm only at the apartment about half the time so you'd get the apartment to yourself quite often. Available space: a sectioned off solarium that is adjacent to the living room (100 sq ft in a 640 sq ft apartment). This area includes a single bed with brand new mattress, shelf, nightstand, clothing rack and large sized desk. It has spectacular views of the city and ocean and includes a patio garden with plenty of sunlight. *Please request the video link* This area is perfect for a student, employee or even a job seeker who has savings. There is a balcony with outdoor plants, and the inside is decorated with tropical plants. It’s also in a great location and very close to local transit hubs and within walking distance to many desirable amenities, including BC Place stadium. Perks: - located within a 5-minute walk to the Cambie Broadway and King Ed stations, #9 and #99 B-line buses (about 35 minutes by bus to UBC) - close to many renowned restaurants and local coffee shops - outdoor pool and BBQ patio area - laundry machines available in the basement (works with an access card) - utils are included (WiFi, heat, electricity, contents insurance) Note: Female preferred.
