Violation of the non-smoking policy is cause for immediate eviction without refund. No parties or gatherings are allowed unless specifically approved in writing prior to booking. Occupancy by more than the number of guests listed in the booking is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate eviction without refund. Noise monitoring devices and security cameras exist on the exterior of the property, covering all entrances and exits.
